We are supporting over 300 chefs participating in the James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch program to assess and inspire a shift towards responsible seafood on menus across the nation.
WOMEN IN SEAFOOD
Women make up half of all seafood workers, and yet they are consistently over-represented in low skilled, low paid, low valued positions, remaining mostly absent at the other end of the value chain. We are working to shift this globally.
